Data Protection Notice

This notice explains how personal data is handled on unluturkhukuk.com, under Turkish Law no. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). The Turkish text is the governing version.

1. Data controller

2. What is collected

There are no accounts, payments or newsletters on this site. Data is processed only where you provide it:

  • Contact form: your name, email address, optionally your telephone number, and the message you write.
  • Consent record: the full text you agreed to and the date and time of that agreement.
  • Technical data: an irreversible hash of your IP address and your browser string, kept only to detect automated bulk submissions. The IP address itself is not stored.
  • Measurement: Google Analytics, loaded only after you explicitly consent. Decline and no measurement code runs at all.

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • Considering and replying to your request — your explicit consent.
  • Measurement of site usage — your explicit consent.
  • Preventing misuse of the form — the legitimate interest of the controller.

4. Recipients and transfers

Your data is never sold, rented or handed over to any third party for marketing. It is processed only through the service providers the site cannot run without:

  • Hosting and database: the servers are located in Türkiye, so data you send through the form is not transferred abroad.
  • Measurement: Google Ireland Limited, only with your explicit consent; if you decline, no measurement cookie is loaded at all.

Data may also be shared with public authorities and judicial bodies where they make a lawful request, to the extent the relevant legislation requires.

5. Retention

Requests are kept for 24 months and then deleted automatically. You may ask for yours to be deleted sooner at any time.

6. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, ask for correction, deletion or destruction, object to decisions made solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

7. How to apply

Write to the office address above, or email info@unluturkhukuk.com from the address you previously gave us. Applications are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
